Doctor of Optometry

Tracy Free DeMontigny has been in practice for over 3 decades. She is a comprehensive eye care professional.  Life is better when you see better so she enjoys helping people perform their visual tasks more clearly and comfortably through consultation of their eye health needs and with the proper glasses and/or contact lenses. She refers for specialty contact lenses, medical consultation, laser eye surgery or vision therapy when deemed appropriate or necessary.

Richard Struempf

Licensed Optician

Richard has owned Eye Site Optical for almost 40 years. He has been licensed as an Optician for over 45 years.  He has expertise in lens and frame choices to fit your particular needs and face shape.  He can help you update your look with the latest fashion and assure accurate lens fitting for optimal performance.

Scot Montgomery

President/Licensed Optician/Manager

Scot has been with Eye Site Optical for over 35 years. He has been a licensed Optician for over 30 years, and he is our Office Manager. He can custom make personal shaped and colored eyeglasses for you.  He really truly cares about the needs of his patients and it shows. 

Julissa Sanchez

Optical Assistant/Front Office Staff

Julissa has been with Eye Site Optical since 2025.   She helps with scheduling, specializes in contact lens ordering, insurance billing and verification.  She is currently in Nursing School at Kennesaw State University. 

Melissa Amaya

Melissa has been with Eye Site Optical since 2025. She helps with scheduling, specializes in contact lens ordering, insurance billing and verification.  She is currently studying Finance at Kennesaw State University.
